There are many ways to look at travel. One is interested in Adventure Travel, Expedition Travel, Culinary Travel just to name a few.

Today I finished the Australis Specialist Course. It was a lot of fun and very educational. They offer 4 and 8 night cruises. One can combine the two to make it a longer trip. One can also add on pre and post excursions.

The ships are small. They take aprox 100 guests. You would sail from either Punta Arenas, Chile or Ushuaia, Argentina. Notable bodies of water travelled are The Straights of Magellan, Beagel Channel and Drakes Passage. January to April and September to December are the times to cruise this area.
